Terms of Service

You agree to use the App in accordance with all applicable laws. You further agree that you will not post any of the following content anywhere on the App: 1. Content that violates federal or state law. 2. Content that infringes another's intellectual property, including, but not limited to, copyrights, trademarks or trade secrets.

You agree that FastJ Studio will not be liable to you for any loss of damages (including, but not limited to, errors, loss of data, or interruption of service), either actual or consequential, arising from using the App.

FastJ Studio grants you a personal, non-transferable license to access and use the App. User may not otherwise copy, reproduce, retransmit, distribute, publish, commercially exploit or otherwise transfer any material in the App. The burden of determining that use of any information, software or any other content on the Site is permissible rests with User.

By subscribing to FastLister Pro, you are granted a non-exclusive, limited-time right to use the software for the duration of your active subscription period.

Each license key is valid for activation on up to 3 concurrent devices owned by the same user.

To prevent license misuse and ensure account security, the App will generate a unique hardware identifier (Device ID) from your machine during activation. This identifier is used solely for license verification and concurrent device counting.

Sharing your license key with third parties or reselling it is strictly prohibited and will result in key termination.

Subscription & Billing: Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle (monthly or annually) unless canceled. You may cancel your subscription at any time through our payment provider's portal (Paddle.net) or by contacting our support.

Users must not use FastLister for any illegal activities, including unauthorized web scraping or data theft.

The tool is designed for marketplace compliance and productivity purposes only.

Any attempt to reverse engineer or decompile the extension code is a violation of these terms.

The App is provided "As Is" without warranty of any kind. App developer does not warrant, and hereby disclaims any warranties, either express or implied, with respect to the accuracy, adequacy or completeness of any App. FastJ Studio does not warrant that app will operate in an uninterrupted or error-free manner or that App are free of any harmful component. Use of App is at your own risk.

While the Smart Centering (Beta) and Auto-Slice System are designed to improve compliance, marketplace requirements (e.g., Amazon, TikTok Shop) change frequently. We do not guarantee 100% acceptance by third-party platforms.

The App may contain errors and omissions relating to product description and availability. FastJ Studio reserve the right to correct errors or omissions without prior notice. FastJ Studio also reserves the right to cancel any offered product or service in the event of an error or omission in the description, including price, unavailability or other reason.

We provide a 14-Day no-questions-asked refund policy. If you are not satisfied with the product for any reason, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your original purchase or any subsequent renewal payment without any conditions or exceptions.

Upon refund, your Pro access will be terminated immediately for the corresponding billing period. To initiate a refund, please contact us via our Support Center with your Order ID.

Upon successful payment, your license key will be delivered immediately to your provided email address.

FastLister is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis.

While we strive for 100% accuracy, we do not guarantee that image processing will always meet every platform's evolving requirements perfectly.

FastJ Studio shall not be held liable for any account restrictions, product removals, or business losses on third-party marketplaces (e.g., TikTok Shop, Amazon).

It is the user's responsibility to review the final processed images before uploading them to any platform.

Please read this notice carefully to understand what we do with the personal information we collect both online and offline.

We collect minimal information required for license validation: (1) Your Email (at purchase), (2) License Key, and (3) Hardware Identifier (Device ID). No browsing history or image data is ever collected.

Technical identifiers are transmitted to our secure activation server only when you activate or verify your Pro license.

Solely to verify active subscription status, enforce the "3-device limit" per license, and prevent unauthorized key sharing.

We do not sell your data. We only share necessary transaction details with our Payment Processor to fulfill your order and manage your Pro license.

This Privacy Policy applies to all websites, mobile or tablet app.

We use industry-standard SSL/TLS encryption for all data transmitted between the App and our servers. Your license data is stored securely and access is strictly limited.

Our services are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect any personal information from children.

We use authorized third-party services only for Payment Processing and DDoS Protection (Cloudflare). These partners adhere to strict privacy standards.

FastJ Studio may update this Privacy Policy from time to time without prior notice. The new policy shall become effective immediately upon being posted on the Site. FastJ Studio encourage you to periodically review this privacy policy to ensure you understand our privacy practices.
